Airceleo is a peer-to-peer cross-border delivery platform. We connect people who need to send personal items between countries (currently the USA and India) with identity-verified travelers who already have a flight on that route and spare luggage space to share.
Senders create an account, list what they're sending and where it's going, and get matched with a verified traveler heading the same way. The two agree on terms and coordinate a secure, hand-to-hand handoff entirely within the app, with identity verification, in-app messaging, and live status updates on every delivery. Airceleo is a technology platform that helps people coordinate; we don't operate warehouses or transport items ourselves.

Every sender and traveler completes identity verification through our verification partner before being matched. You can review the other person's verified profile and trip details, and nothing is confirmed until both sides agree.
Personal, lawful items with a declared value of up to USD 1,000: clothes, gifts, home food, documents, and everyday essentials. Senders are responsible for ensuring items are legal to send and receive. Prohibited and restricted items are not allowed; see our Terms & Conditions for details.
A sender agrees a gratuity directly with their traveler, and Airceleo charges a small platform coordination fee. You'll always see the amount before you commit, and there are no hidden charges.
A verified traveler who is already making that exact trip. Travelers are independent individuals choosing to share their spare luggage space; they are not Airceleo employees or a courier company.
Airceleo keeps key details documented in the app to support coordination. Because arrangements are made directly between users, certain risks are shared between sender and traveler. Our Refund Policy explains when refunds may apply. We always encourage clear communication and proper packaging up front.
Yes. In-app messaging is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
