What exactly is Airceleo?
A platform that connects people sending personal items across borders with verified travelers already heading the same way. We help the two of you coordinate. We don't run warehouses or carry items ourselves.
What can I send?
Personal, lawful items with a declared value of up to USD 1,000: clothes, gifts, home food, documents and everyday essentials. You are responsible for making sure the item is legal to send and to receive. Prohibited and restricted items are not allowed; the Item Policy lists them.
How much does it cost?
You and your traveler agree an amount directly, and Airceleo charges a small platform fee. You always see the total before you commit. There are no hidden charges.
Who carries my item?
A verified traveler who is already making that exact trip. Travelers are independent people choosing to share spare space in their luggage. They are not Airceleo employees or a courier company.
What if something goes wrong?
Every key step is recorded in the app, which makes problems rare and easy to sort out. Because arrangements are made directly between people, some risks are shared between sender and traveler. Our Refund Policy explains when refunds apply. Clear messages and good packing go a long way.
